Troy Rose

Managing Director


Troy is the company owner  and founder, he has utilised his engineering background & experience to develop the company over a period of 30 years after starting with one truck and himself as the only employee.

Troy’s experience, knowledge and leadership has seen the company diversify and grow from those humble beginnings so that now the company is well recognised within the mining and associated industries.

Mainstream Industries P/L is a family owned business with a team orientated focus with rewarding results.




Brad Rose

Customer Service & Development Manager


Brad has extensive hands on experience having progressed through various roles within the company during the past 15 years. Brad is able to utilise this hands on experience in all of his interaction with our customers to ensure that we can supply the required services in accordance with our customer’s requirements and also our own high standards. Brad is also responsible for our Quality Assurance processes as we seek to ensure continual improvement and development in our business practices and Safe Work Procedures.


Mick White

Operations Co-ordinator


Mick has been with the company for 10 years and brings a vast range of experience to the role. Mick is responsible for co-ordinating the day to day activities of the company’s employees to ensure that site specific requirements of our customers are met. Mick will arrange a quote for any ad hoc requirement you may have.


Teagan Rose

Office Manager


Teagan has been with the company for 10 years, her role includes management, overseeing & monitoring of all office & workshop staff including the stores personnel and is responsible for co-ordination all of Mainstream Industries employees Inductions and Training and  accounts receivable.



Cheryl Blacktop

Office Administrator


Cheryl has been with the company for 15 years and is responsible for our reception area and the accounts payable processing. If you require any information about Mainstream Industries, Cheryl will assist you.




Graeme Middlemas

OHS & Quality Assurance Officer


Graeme has been with the company for over 3 years. Graeme’s background provides him with extensive experience in training, safety and management.  Graeme is responsible for all WHS matters and the ongoing maintenance and development of the Integrated Management System.  Graeme works closely with clients and staff to review all site tasks and develop safe procedures and systems of work to ensure a safe outcome to all activities.



Gary Hassett

Customer Service Supervisor


Gary Hassett is new to the Mainstream team; he is born and bred from the Singleton area and has spent his entire life here in the Hunter Valley. Gary comes from a mechanical background, and has spent 10 years working as a fitter at one of the local mines.  The last 20 years Gary has been a site supervisor / estimator for various local engineering firms working throughout the Hunter Valley mining industry and overseeing various trade personnel and mining projects.


We also employ 2 mechanics, 1 storeman, and over 50 Service Technicians to assist the company in meeting our customer’s requirements.
